Everything you need to know about the Biomarker Review Report, how it works, and what to expect. Can't find your answer? Get in touch directly.
What exactly is the Biomarker Review Report?
It's a personalised, plain-language review of your blood panel — built from your actual results plus a short intake questionnaire about your goals, training, sleep, and lifestyle. You receive a detailed PDF report within 48–72 hours covering every flagged marker, root-cause context, and a prioritised intervention plan.
It's a one-off purchase at AUD $195 — no subscription, no ongoing commitment.
How is this different from what my GP already tells me?
Standard lab reports compare your results against a population reference range — built from the full distribution of people who get tested, which includes a lot of unhealthy people. "Normal" on a lab report just means you're not in the bottom or top 2.5% of that group.
We compare your markers against atry optimal ranges — narrower, evidence-based targets associated with genuine long-term health, performance, and longevity, not just "not yet sick." A result that's technically "in range" can still be meaningfully suboptimal, and that distinction is the entire point of the report.
How long does it take to get my report?
48–72 hours from when you submit your blood panel and completed intake questionnaire.
What blood panel do I need, and where do I get one?
Any panel from any lab, in any country, works — upload it as a PDF or photo at intake. If you don't already have recent results, your regular doctor or a local pathology service can arrange a draw. The more biomarkers your panel covers, the more comprehensive your report will be.
Does it matter when or how I had my blood drawn?
Yes — conditions at the time of your draw (fasting state, recent training, hydration, time of day, alcohol, supplements) can shift certain markers without anything in your health actually changing. We don't need it to be perfect, but the more consistent your conditions are between draws, the more reliable your trend data becomes. Full detail is on the How It Works page.
Can I track changes over time?
Yes — this is where the report is most valuable. A single panel tells you where you stand today; multiple panels over time tell you whether your protocol is actually working. We treat even small shifts toward or away from optimal as meaningful signal, not noise to be smoothed over.
Is there an app?
atry Health OS is in active development — a platform for tracking your biomarkers, trends, and interventions over time in one place. You can join the waitlist on our App Waitlist page to be notified when it's available.
Do I need the app to order a report?
No. The Biomarker Review Report is available right now as a standalone purchase — no app or account required.
Is my health data kept private?
Yes. Your blood panel and intake responses are used solely to prepare your report and aren't shared with third parties.
Is this medical advice?
No. The Biomarker Review Report is educational in nature and is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your doctor before making changes based on your results.
